What we collect

If you email us: name, organisation, role, and whatever you put in the message. We do not run a marketing database off this site. We do not sell personal data.

The website itself does not set tracking cookies. Hosting and DNS logs (IP, user-agent, URL, time) may exist for a short period on AWS for security and abuse.

Why

To reply to an enquiry or perform a contract. Legal bases: legitimate interests (enquiries) and contract (paid work). Job applications: consent / steps prior to contract.

Sharing

Infrastructure is Amazon Web Services (eu-west-2). Mail is Google Workspace. We do not use the site for third-party advertising. We share data where the law requires it or a processor is needed to deliver the service you asked for.

Retention

Enquiry mail is kept as long as the relationship (or a legal/accounting need) requires, then deleted.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability — as UK GDPR allows. Email info@cyberds.co.uk with subject Privacy / GDPR. You can complain to the ICO (Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 5AF · 0303 123 1113).
